We are a registered firm for design & manufacturer of pressure parts like Coils, Panels, Headers, Tube bends and Plugs under Indian Boiler Regulations(IBR).

TANGEDCO : Units in Tamilnadu - Since 1991, We have successfully completed as well as currently working on various projects for various Pressure Parts replacement works at Tuticorin Thermal Power Station (5x210 MW), Mettur Thermal Power Station (4x210 MW), North Chennai Thermal Power Station-Stage-I (3x210 MW) & Stage-II (2x600 MW).

We have successfully completed removal of existing hot re-heat 89 assemblies and erection of new coils at Mettur Thermal Power station (210 MW), TANGEDCO, Tamilnadu through ALSTOM India Ltd in a short span of 20days on August 2015

We have successfully completed Dismantling, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of existing damaged down comer pipes, hangers and supports and other bracing, platforms at TTPS Unit-V , Tuticorin Thermal Power Station (210 MW), TANGEDCO, Tamilnadu through Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd, PSSR, Secunderabadon December 2016

We have successfully completed Dismantling, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of HP Evaporator Harps along with top and bottom header in the HRSG at Valuthur Gas Turbine Power Station (Phase-II), TANGEDCO, Tamilnadu through ALSTOM India Ltd on December 2014.

We have successfully completed Biennial Contract for Pressure Parts Maintenance work at Rourkela, Odisha from NTPC-SAIL Power company Pvt Ltd on MAY 2019.

RAPH:

We have successfully completed Dismantling and Erection of 2Nos of APH (Size 27.5 VIT 2000mm) in (250MW Unit) of KTPS-V at TSGENCO, Kothagudem, Telangana through BHARAT HEAVY ELECTRICALS LTD, Ranipet and this work has been completed within a very short span of 45Days on July 2020.

We have successfully completed our work of Dismantling, Erection, Commissioning and testing of Air preheater at Tuticorin Thermal Power station Unit II, III, IV & V (210 MW), TANGEDCO, Tamilnadu through GEECO Enercon Pvt Ltd and we have completed each units work within a track record of 25 days to 30days.

We have successful completed the project of Replacement / Renovation of Rotary Air Pre Heater (RAPH) in Unit 1& 2, CPP-II (2x60MW), NSPCL Rourkela, Odisha through Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd, Ranipet within 30days of duration at December 2017.

TANGEDCO : Since 1991, We have completed many projects as well as we are undertaking various ongoing projects for the Units in Tamilnadu Overhauling and Breakdown works in APH and its connected ducts at Tuticorin Thermal Power Station (210 MW), Mettur Thermal Power Station (210 MW), North Chennai Thermal Power Station-Stage-I (210 MW) & Stage-II (600 MW).

We have successfully completed Overhauling and Major Component replacement of F Unit Secondary air preheater at TORRENT POWER LIMITED, AHMEDABAD-GUJARAT through GEECO Enercon pvt Ltd within a short span of 30days on November 2019

We have successfully completed Overhaul work contract for Rotating Equipments-Air Preheater-Unit-I NLC TAMILNADU POWER LIMITED –TUTICORIN within a duration of 20days

We have successfully completed the project for Dismantling, Erection, Commissioning and testing of Air preheater at Mettur Thermal Power station Unit I (210 MW), TANGEDCO, Tamilnadu through GEECO Enercon Pvt. Ltd within a short duration of 45days on MAY 2015.

ESP

Mechanical scope of works during renovation, augmentation, upgradation of ESPs for Unit-3 & 4 (PH-II) at 4*210MW, HTPS, CSPGCL Korba-west Chattisgarh through BHARAT HEAVY ELECTRICALS LTD, Ranipet.

NLC TAMILNADU POWER LIMITED –TUTICORIN
C&P – Erection & Commissioning of damaged ESP fields in Unit-I.

TANGEDCO : Since 1991, We have been working on various projects for the Units in Tamilnadu for replacement of damaged ESP internals at Tuticorin Thermal Power Station (5x210 MW), Mettur Thermal Power Station (4x210 MW), North Chennai Thermal Power Station- Stage-I (3x210 MW) & Stage-II (2x600 MW).

We have successfully completed our Mechanical scope of works involving dismantling of existing ESP components to the extent required, Erection, Testing & Commissioning for revamping of ESP for one number of Boiler in TPP at RINL, Vizag through Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd, Ranipet on September 2018.

We have successfully completed project for Revamping (Mechanical) of Electrostatic Precipitator in Unit-III and Unit-V at Tuticorin Thermal Power Station (210 MW), TANGEDCO, Tamilnadu through Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd, Ranipet on January 2012 and June 2016 respectively.

We have successfully completed the project for Rectification and replacement of damaged ESP fields in Unit-I (500MW) at NLC Tamilnadu Power Ltd (NTPL) Tuticorin, Tamilnadu through Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd, Ranipet on July 2017 .

We have successfully completed our contract for Mechanical scope of work for Life Extension Program of ESP in Unit-3, TPS_II at Neyveli Lignite Corporation, Neyveli, Tamilnadu through Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd, Ranipet on July 2017.

APGENCO :

We have successfully completed the project for Renovation, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of damaged collecting & emitting electrodes, emitting bottom frame, shock bar angles, shock bar guide angle & guide plate, entire CERM & EERM rapping mechanism in Unit-3, Stage-II and Unit-5, Stage-III on November 2018 and January 2019 respectively at RAYALASEEMA THERMAL POWER PLANT.

GE POWER

We have successfully completed the project for the modification of burner in 3UNITS at CPCL

Our new projects for the Knox burner modification (500x2) and (500x3) at Vallur and Simmadri respectively at NTPC are on the pipeline.

AHP/CHP

We have been successfully performing a lot of Ash handling system and coal handling system from various Thermal Power Stations.

Fire Suppression System

We are the Authorized channel partner of UTC Fire & Security India Ltd for supply of Kidde Fenwal NOVEC 1230, FM200, Argonite & IG541, Deluge Valve systems and we are trained in design, installation & commissioning of the fire suppression system.

TANGEDCO - MTPS –

We have successfully completed the project for Design, Supply, Erection, Testing and Commission of NOVEC 1230 GAS system with new Microprocessor based control panel at DVR Room of Unit-I, II & III & IV in place of HALON 1301 GAS flooding system and dismantling the existing system at Mettur Thermal Power Station (210 MW).

We have completed the project of Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of new wet trim piston type deluge valve with accessories.

TANGEDCO - TTPS – We have successfully completed the contract of Supply and Installation of New Fire Protection System NOVEC 1230 at CHS-SS-III Control room by phasing out existing Halon 1301 gas systems.
